New & Repaired Systems – Limited Warranty

Upon job completion, our work is permitted and inspected by Environmental Health prior to covering. We provide a 1 year warranty on workmanship or components that are defective, such as pumps, electrical work and faulty materials.

Septic Limited Warranty Policy

What is Covered

Jr Peaden Septic Services, Inc Warrants that the Septic System installed by us will be reasonably free of defects in workmanship and/or materials within customary tolerance within the industry. We provide a Warranty for any defective workmanship or materials for up to 1 year of the final inspection approval date. 

Conditions to Warranty

This Warranty is conditioned on proper maintenance and usage of the System by the Owner, Including but Not Limited To; not planting trees, plants or any other items that are not approved on or around the drain field or Septic Tank. Customer is not to exceed the water use and/or number of users designed for the System at any time.  This System must not be driven on at any time. 

The Customer must grant an Employee from Jr Peaden Septic Service the permission to access the property to inspect the situation prior to any other contractor inspections, corrections, repairs or replacements claimed defective items. 

What is NOT Covered

This Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by roots of any kind, failure to maintain the System and/or putting materials in the System that are not designed to be in the Septic System such as, feminine products, baby wipes, grease, etc.  It also doesn’t cover filter cleaning, pumping the Septic Tank, or any abuse or neglect by the Homeowner including exceeding the permitted gallons per day or number of occupants.  It does NOT include any natural issues, such as, percolation or saturation absorbent problems. 

If excessive fats, oils, grease or baby wipes are found in the system, a sprinkler/irrigation system is installed directly over the system, or most importantly the water usage is over the system design capacity, the warranty is null and void. 

** All of our Septic Systems are inspected and approved by the Environment Health Department prior to covering. Please ensure that any final grading, irrigation systems and/or landscapers understand the importance that driving over the Septic System may cause System Failure. Although it is extremely rare, we understand that accidents sometimes happen on the job site therefore, if there is a possibility that any damage may have been caused by them, please contact us directly so that we may repair the problem before any further damage may occur.
